Also called the Chuckeye or colloquially, the "Poor Man's Ribeye," the Delmonico steak is a well kept secret. With a little seasoning (we especially love our in-house smoky rub or our herb butter for this one), this is great grilled or as a pan-fry. It also makes a great breaded breakfast steak.
Cut from the most tender part of the chuck, you only get a few from each cow, so grab them when they're in stock!
