Like all of our beef, the Flank Steak is dry-aged 14 to 18 days, creating a concentrated beef flavor that you have to taste to believe. The flank and the skirt are thinner and more porous, so they take a marinade very well. Our Flank is great sliced in a favorite dish, used in fajitas or tacos, or even on its own.
